Shipping

1. International shipping is done through DHL Express. It takes about 5-8 business days.


2. Shipping cost is 10 USD, or FREE for purchases above 100USD.


3. Shipping to Colombia is 10.000 pesos.

 

Orders and Cancellation

An agreement for MIM Joeyería & Accesorios (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Warranty

According to Colombian Law “Ley 1480 de 2011 Estatuto de Protección al Consumidor y el Decreto 735 de 2013”, MIM offers its clients warranty over the quality of its products, covering those events in which the product presents defects due to fabrication or production or quality. Warranty is valid for 60 calendar days, effective starting the day of purchase. Warranty is valid only if the product has been handled according to the care recommendations made by MIM. Misuse of the product disqualifies warranty. Warranty does not cover natural wear of the product. For international warranty, Purchaser must present pictures presenting the issue with the product, as well as proof of purchase. MIM will proceed to analyze said defects or issues, and determine whether or not warranty is applicable. If warranty is applicable, Purchaser will send back the product to MIM, using DHL express (or preferred shipping method), and will be responsible for covering shipping costs TO Colombia. MIM will cover the shipping costs for the new or fixed product sent back to the Purchaser.

Returns

Returns can be made by presenting the product in PERFECT condition, absolutely no signs of wear, and proof of purchase. Purchaser must cover ALL shipping costs, of return, and shipping of the new product(s).
No returns can be made on final sale products.
